HR Administrator & Office Manager
Brighter Horizons is looking to recruit a HR Administrator & Office Manager to support our brilliant team and to help with the smooth running of the Charity.

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week
Hours of Work: 08.30 - 16.30 Monday to Friday (including a 1 hour break)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP

​We are looking for an exceptionally organised and highly discreet person to work closely with our senior leadership team to support the smooth running of our HR and office systems.
​
This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across lots of projects at the same time. Your main focus will be managing our staff training programme, supporting with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff and overseeing our office functions. You'll also look after some of our financial admin as well as providing some executive support for our Board of Trustees.

If you are looking to broaden your experience in business administration or enjoy a highly varied and fast paced job with a real sense of purpose, this could be the job for you. It’s ideally suited for anyone who is looking to develop a career in HR and wants to gain some experience.
